Day 1, September 9: New Personal Record!

650 miles without a stop! Not for a toll, not for my bladder, not for diesel, not for Massachusetts, New York, or Pennsylvania. In fact, I carried out a successful BANZAI sneak attack on PA, slipping through that little sliver of (Lake) Erie PA at midnight, past the "Quaker Steak 'n' Lube" (I kid you not), and into Ohio, past Cleveland. Spent the night in Elyria, Ohio, resisting the temptation to make a return visit to the Top Thrill Dragster roller coaster at Cedar Point, where Brittany and I went 0-120 mph in less than four seconds this summer! (Check out the YouTube link over to the right.) 726 total miles for Day 1, which actually ended about three hours into Day 2. Snooooooore.
